Buying a home that is still being built
A new-build home is bought before it exists. You choose it from a plan, a floor level and an orientation; you sign for something that is, at that moment, a plot with a crane on it. Everything after that is a question of information: what is happening on site, what has been paid, what is signed, what is due next, and who to ask when the answer is not obvious. That is the part we have tried to get right.
The purchase is a sequence, not an event
From the outside it looks like one decision. In practice it is a reservation, a private purchase contract, a series of instalments spread across the build, a mortgage arranged in parallel, an appointment to choose finishes, an inspection before handover, and a notary date at the end. Each of those has a document and a date attached to it. Lose track of one and the whole thing feels uncertain, even when the building is going up exactly as planned.
So we keep the sequence visible. Your purchase has its own file: the contract you signed, the plan of your unit, the payment schedule with what has cleared and what is still ahead, the finishes you selected, the warranty papers that arrive at the end. The app on your phone is that file — not a brochure, not a sales channel, the actual paperwork of your home, in the order it happens.
Construction, in the open
Months pass between signing and keys, and for most of them there is nothing for a buyer to do. That silence is what makes people anxious. We replace it with progress: structural milestones as they are completed, site photographs of the building your home is in, and a realistic view of what comes next. When a date moves — and on a construction site dates sometimes move — you hear it from us rather than guessing from the street.
Before you buy anything
If you are still at the beginning, the useful conversation is a short one: which developments have homes left, which layouts suit how you actually live, what the payment schedule looks like against the build calendar, and what is included in the home as standard before you choose a single upgrade. Send an enquiry and that is the conversation you get. No reservation is involved, and nothing is held until you decide it should be.
